We are a family-owned Construction Company established in 2017 with over 24 years experience in the building industry.
We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of Building requirements including Building New Homes, Alterations and Renovations, Reclads, Retaining Walls, New Decks/additions, New Fences/additions and Home Maintenance just to name a few! Most of our work comes from word of mouth and referrals from previous clients.

Meet the Team
KURT RADERMACHER
Director/LBP Builder
Kurt is our Licensed Building Practitioner onsite and Project Manager for all our building projects. Kurt is passionate about building no matter what the project and he is always meticulous with his work. Kurt is responsive and proactive in dealing with clients. His goal is to provide high quality workmanship as well as being creative when clients allow!
Kurt started his Building journey way back in 2000 in Taupo as a young Apprentice. Since then he has worked for some big construction companies in the Wellington Region and project managed staff and subdivisions as well. He then made the big move to start his own Company and hasn’t looked back since.
JENNIFER ROSSON
Director/Administration Manager
Jennifer looks after the day to day running of the Radical Building Ltd office and ensures all our building projects run efficiently and on time whether they are big or small including ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed by the Radical Building team. Her vast work experience includes many types of Administration roles including IT Help desk, Legal Secretary and even has helped build a few houses with Kurt when the Company first started! One of Jennifer’s biggest assets is she likes to problem solve and find an answer no matter what!
